Ministry
of Higher Education provides a service to all Palestinians Higher Education
Institutes, through the system called HEMIS Portal.Net. This system provides
many tools to help exchanging data between ministry and Higher Education
Institution, anytime and anywhere, requiring a user name and password to enter
the system.

| Until now,
the system is not complete. The team continues to work to add more tools,
facilities and services that are needed for the
Ministry and meeting needs, as and when they arise. |

| - To enter
the system insert user name and password. |
| - Learn,
practice and read the instructions before using the system. |
| - To exit
the system select Log off to keep your personal information secure. |
